I know someone already said this but I have to agree, I think at least everyone who loves books should read The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. I just read it for the first time this year and it‘s one of my favorite books.
I‘d love to travel to the UK sometime!

This was a powerful book. Reading this, I realized I‘ve been telling myself that what I‘ve been through is “not that bad” compared to what other people have experienced. Reading this book is helping me stop trying to diminish my experiences by comparing them to other people‘s stories.
A difficult but important book. I hope many others will read it and understand how real and pervasive rape culture is today.
