It's slow moving and I'm reading it slowly too. But I'm enjoying this so far. Theres a lot of details that aren't needed but I've always enjoyed the idea of this story so it's a good experience and I love the summer atmosphere in it.

I liked this a lot. It really had a good feel for expressive teens and I loved the diversity. I can feel all the passion behind the main characters feelings.
I've always loved this book. Its so simple but full of fun and enriched characters. Probably the reason I love character driven novels.
I seriously love these books. I needed these as a kid! They're so fun and adventurous. It has a lot of good themes behind the writing and I never feel bored
I cant give this anything below 5 stars because what kind of book fanatic wouldn't love this gem. It's fun and I love the artwork. Just little comics of how the life of a bookworm is.
Looks like I've won bingo a few times!
Thanks @evanstheworld
I'll post a blank one as well

I'm rereading all of these because I like to torture myself. This one in particular is just awful. Check put my blog for all my notes and more about my rereading project.

My 3rd attempt and this time I think I'm making it through! Summer reading goal...finish IT by the end of August
I loved this! As another PoC I found this completely relatable and got lots of book recommendations
I enjoyed this a lot! I liked the Percy Jackson series and this feels just as magical and adventurous.

This was fun!
This was by far the most relatable book out of the series for me out of the whole series that is nothing but relatable. I honestly love these books and I wish I had them when I was younger
I'm loving this series despite some unclear plot points but it's fun and I love the artwork
I'm still interested in the series but this book wasn't as engaging as the first. There was a lot of unnecessary details that I could have done without.
I loved this. This touches my artistic soul. Neil Gaiman is wonderful
This was a cute read but I probably prefer it if I were going through the books for the first time and not years after the fact. I listened to it on audiobook which was great but I think it's better read in a physical format.
I loved this series. It's so uplifting and heavy on friendship but not too heavy on romance. I wish we could have seen more in the future and how the past events changed it but I am happy with the ending.
This just goes straight to the heart. I remember watching the movie as a kid but I hadn't read it before now. I love Wilbur and all the other animal friends.
This was cute and a nice light hearted fast read. It goes the way you would expect it too and with lots of positive feelings about feeling good about yourself.
This will be me despite having to work tomorrow.
Oh well!
I think the hype around this made it less exciting for me. It was alright but I wasn't swooned. I may have liked it more as a teen but not as an adult.
I liked it but I wasn't over the moon for it. For such a short book it was greatly detailed and gave a good sense of setting and of who Binti is.
Loving the 80s vibe! This artwork is beautiful and the story is intriguing.
I listened to this on audiobook and it was wonderful. It's short and narrated by gaiman himself. Totally recommend. The string quartet was so cool to have in the background

Feeling pretty confident with my Readers advisory project for my children's literature class. I love spooky books and older children's books so this overall was just so fun. I love being a librarian!
I'm a huge fan of this series and the messages it brings to kids. Although, it seemed more like high school in this one. I love the diverse cast of characters and the artwork is amazing!
I enjoyed this more than I was expecting. And I feel like I'm one of the few who liked this ending over the movie ending (never saw it just heard about it). I listened to it on audiobook and it was enjoyable and quick. Loved it!
I've had this in my tbr since it was announced like 4 years ago and I'm so happy I got to read it sooner rather than later because the holds list at the library is long! I think I like it more than THUG it's in a way more relatable than the story in THUG but honestly I love both!
By far one of the weirdest books I've ever read. Interesting take on a apocalypse but I thought it'd be more humorous than what it was. Its alright but I was more weirded out than anything.

1. Tagged my current audiobook!
2. Finally a weekend where I have no work and no obligations beyond some family stuff so reading and light homework.
3. I do like hard boiled eggs but mostly in salads I'm not a huge fan of them on they're own anymore.
4. I'm not sure there's so many names I like. But it would be more unique.
5. I always do!!
This was interesting. It felt like there was a lot of detail in such a short story. It's not a favorite but I did like the writing and how close I was able to get to the character to feel her emotions with her.
Powerful and thought provoking. As someone who was born and lives near Chicago it struck home. A quick read that is thought provoking
Not for me. Its way too gritty and vulgar. These are vignettes all related to complete a story. I liked the idea of it all but not something I can enjoy because I'm cringing most of the time.
This was a cute fun read. I loved Sprout and her undying love for Greentop. I think it makes a powerful statement, as well, that blood doesn't make family which is something I connect to deeply.
This was an adorable book and one children's book I'm so happy I read. It was so fun and filled with positive messages about friendship and libraries. This will he a classic.
Interesting take on a scifi graphic novel. Its interesting but at the same time a little ehh. The back and forth is a little confusing at times. But interesting enough.
Truly enjoying reading this series. YA needs more good horror like this that's not a graphic novel.

1. Tiki Tok by Ke$ha
2. Sagittarius
3. Barbara Park: While I always loved reading Junie B. Jones really set the pace on my fast journey to reading chapter books
4. Whoever wants to do it jump on in!
Not excited to have to read this again for class. It's a bore to me even in 6th grade
Honestly, I think I found my new favorite book. It's a bit slow moving and completely character driven. But I'm into that. I've never identified with a character more than with Francie. I'm completely in love and I'm so happy I picked up this book and that I own a copy.
So totally for this book until the end which made me more upset than anything for personal reasons but still a very compelling short story. I like the idea a lot and hope to see my bookmobile one day.
This is quickly becoming a new favorite. I needed a slow paced book that I could fall into. I'm honestly loving this so much!
I love doing these!

I can't believe I haven't picked this up before now. I'm on chapter 8 and just really enjoying this. Actually, I'm kind of glad I waited to read this as an adult rather than teen or in my early 20s. I wouldn't have appreciated it at much.
1. Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi! One of my favorites!

I hadn't read the book prior to now and I feel like I like it more than the movie which I'm surprised at because I love the movie. It feels more child appealing because dorothy is a child and while there are some graphic deaths it feels more for a kid than the movie did.
Trying to laugh hysterically at my inspiration slides for my bad art program I'm doing for the teens soon.
