I FINALLY read #adsom and I loved it! I can't wait to get my hands on the next one!

Got to go back in the world of Caraval! Just like the first, I need the next book to know what happens next! This wasn't like oh my god I couldn't put it down but these books are such a fun read of a completely different setting that I've never really read before.

I'm having a really hard time reading this one...anyone else?

I need more. Enough said.

What did you guys think of this one? I had mix feelings, I found it interesting, I found it disturbing, I honestly don't know how to describe it.

I am LOVING these books I'm getting from Book Of The Month Club! I've yet to find one that isn't entertaining. Rainbirds definitely wasn't one I would normally pick up but it was totally worth it! Entertaining with a little mystery.

I was in a reading slump but this story got me o it of it! It was such a good fantasy and reminded me a lot of A Discovery Of Witches. I can't wait for the sequel.

I love Kristin Hannah. What I love the most about her is how different her books are. The Great Alone was good for me, not great but worth the read if you're looking forward to a story about overcoming obstacles and a strong female lead.

I'm not usually a Memoir fan, but this is right up there with Testament of Youth. It was thought provoking, emotional and inspirational.

I can't believe no one knows this story! When I finished it all I wanted to do was research the people to find out more about their history during the war.

So excited I picked this up! I even found it for $2 cheaper than Amazon!! Win!

A retelling of the mermaid (aka the little mermaid) I found this dull and nowhere near a perfect twist in the classics tail.

While I LOVE the first half, the second half kind of fails in comparison but since this story brings Jamie and Claire back to life, I give it a pick!

Pure magic, I can't wait to pick up another one by Ivey.

Ahhh this book was everything. I couldn't stop crying. It hit a special place in my heart.

Listen, I love Chaol, I always have but this.....this story was amazing. It's one of the few times in this series where I held my breath or got goose bumps. The development (both storyline and character) blew my mind. Ahhh I want the next one!

This wasn't my favorite WW2 book (I've read quite a bit) but it wasn't terrible it was just meh for me. 😑😑

After Queen of Shadows, I just needed to start Empire of Storms. This one was pretty good! Still not a huge fan of Aelin but I love Elide, Manon, Fenyrs, and Lorcan, is that weird?! I missed Chaol so started Tower of Dawn the next day ☺📚

After Heir of Fire (which I didn't really like) I thought about not continuing on with the series but I am so happy I did! This is my favorite in the series so far surpassing Crown of Midnight. I loved almoat everything about it -- I won't spoil anything here though!

Reading this one right now and ughhh I'm not liking it. I can't remember the last time I didn't finish a book but this could be it 😭

Ahhh I loved the Bear and The Nightingale so I was so happy to have Vasya and Morozko back in my life! So much strength and character development happened and some new characters to get to know ☺

This was one of those books that I thought to myself where was this when I was in high school?!?

Finally reading this one! I got it last week but needed to finish my current book. I honestly I cannot wait, this cover is so beautiful and heartbreaking.

My favorite book of 2017. What a beautiful retelling of a Russian Fairytale. The words and setting in this one was SO magical. I tell everyone to read it.

Some more Sarah J. Maas? Yes please! This was a great start to a series for sure!

This one had a decent underlining theory to it but overall it just wasn't for me. I didn't really care that much for the story and was kind of underwhelmed with the ending.

This was so good! It's an interesting take on a murder because it's not a mystery. Instead it shoes how people deal with the unthinkable and continue to live without losing the memory of the person they lost. Definitely recommend it.

Ugh, I wanted to like this. I mean, I love the series and the first one Lagercrantz wrote was so good but this one fell flat for me.

This is one my favorite reads of 2017. Vera Brittain not only defines WWI and what it was like but she defines what it is to be a strong female in a time when that's unheard of. I smiled, I cried and I learned in this one.

I have to admit, this was better than I expected. It was so different from anything I've read before which made it really intriguing.

This was good but it wasn't my favorite. I definitely liked The Martian more (even though I shouldn't compare the two if I'm being honest). I felt like this one might have had TOO much science and it bored me at time. 😑
