Sigh. Just what I want in a Christmas book, a light-hearted (mostly), feel-good book. Willa takes her cancer recovering son to Marriotta, Montana to celebrate Christmas. There they find new adventures, new friends, interesting history and maybe even love.

A super sweet, Hallmark-like, mushy-gushy book that is perfect for getting in the holiday cheer!

I loved reading about the Bramble family and Willa, Finn and Scout, and I was pleased to find out that it is a part of a series!

Schmaltzy. This one was saccharine sweet, chocolate fondue and all. A nurse, a children's book illustrator and a kid who just beat cancer ... and Christmas wishes come true. This was a freebie on Nook.

Just started this shorty today. Not really into Christmas books, but it is short. Hero=children's book illustrator, whose father recently died and left his nurse a bunch of moolah. Heroine=The nurse with a 1st grader that just went into cancer remission. I will let you know if it is any good tomorrow.
