pickI watched B&B on my birthday and loved it.💖 I wish Emma Watson had a stronger singing voice but I enjoyed everything else: seeing live versions of the setting (the library!!), more backstory for the characters, Belle being even smarter & more progressive than before, Beast's solo & more screen time for him as the prince in the end. Now I'm itching to read/reread a B&B retelling, which one is your fave? Mine is Beauty by Robin McKinley.

I wasn't around on the day of the #WhereIRead posts, so I'm sharing today! This is the corner of my office where I stuck my reading chair. The reality is that I rarely get to read here as much as I intend to, because my cat likes this chair too much!
On a happier note, Ember is adjusting well and I've found that she loves watching Disney movies with me! We enjoyed some Beauty and the Beast and The Hunchback of Notre Dame this weekend. And she didn't even mind me singing along! 😻😸

For today's challenge there were many possibilities. To narrow it down, I went for literary inspired costumes I have already worn! Aside from Harlequin (before suicide squad) and Bellatrix Lestrange, I have dressed as Disney's Belle from beauty and the beast. Complete with Chip!
