This series always has an autumn feel to me.

Somewhere along the way I picked up a cold. 🤧 It's not the worst cold I've ever had but it's reason enough for me to stay in bed and get some reading done. Planning on finishing this one up today.... It's okay. Not my favorite but fun enough to see it through to the end. And a good #screamathon pick! Now if only I could train Charlie to bring me some hot tea. 🐕☕
When you pack more books than clothes.... #booknerd
Does it make it any better if I tell you I'm giving more than half of these to a friend? 😄🤗📚
Harper Blaine is #UnderPressure as she is not only a private investigator, but after dying for 2 minutes she is now able to see into the grey. A dimension where all the paranormal creatures from your nightmares live. And now, she finds herself PI to some of those creatures. The stakes are much higher now.

Current read: I've been meaning to pick this up for a while, and finally found a copy at the used bookstore. Engaging urban fantasy with an appealing protagonist. A smidge slow in places, but I'm really curious to see where it goes. #urbanfantasy #bravegirls
My favorite series of #supernaturalmysteries is the Greywalker books by Kat Richardson. Each has a great PI mystery and a unique take on paranormal creatures! #maybookflowers
Holy ambitious premise, Batman! It's a good thing we had the Danzigers to explain everything. We'd have been as lost as Harper without their heavy lifting. That said, this is a decent supernatural detective story, once it gets itself set up-- an under-appreciated genre, in my opinion.

After being resuscitated, Harper finds she can see shapes emerging from a foggy grey mist in her vision. Her death has made her a greywalker, able to move between our world and a shadowy and dangerous crossover world filled with nightmarish creatures.
Great series, and my take on the shadow prompt. I love the covers for this series too 😍
My favorite urban fantasy series by Kat Richardson. Private investigator in Seattle gets pulled into the paranormal. Super unique take on the mythology and uses a lot of local history! Also very light on the romance. I highly recommend these!! #onewordtitles #photoadaynov16

For my favourite animal sidekick, I am going with a fuzzy ferret in Greywalker called Chaos. There are so many amazing animal sidekicks, but there is something about this little mischievous buddy ☺️
