Thank you to everyone who participated in #novemberland (I myself fell too behind to catch up 😅) but I am excited to have made so many new friends and to see all of your wonder posts this month! The final day of the challenge was as wrap up, so here we go... #litsygram #novemberwrapup

Lizpixie Thankyou for importing the idea for us fellow littens to follow. I have enjoyed every challenge.😘❤️💜💙💚 8y

#novemberland #day30 #wrapup These are my November reading stats, I'm down a bit in totals this month coz of a small reading slump about a week ago. I read 13 Dame Agatha Christie novels this month! That, plus 2 Phryne Fisher novels explains the discrepancy between books read & author totals. December is going to be a good reading month, now I have my library organised I can see what's on my tbr a lot easier, plus summer heat keeping me indoors.🌞

Theresa 👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌 8y
DebinHawaii That is impressive for a 'down month!' Congrats! 📚👍😀 8y
LiteraryinPA Which was your favorite Agatha? 8y

Lizpixie @LiteraryinLititz Death On The Nile has always been one of my favourites & Halloween Party is also brilliant. 8y
britt_brooke Awesome! 👏🏻 8y
moranadatter 16 Crime Novels! 🙌🏻 8y
Lizpixie @kmdartist I was on a bit of a Dame Agatha bender, plus Phryne & Flavia. How can one say no to them?☺️ 8y

Pickpick

Most of this month has been all about fantastic rereads for me, but I had a couple great first time reads too! Coraline was even better than anticipated! Neil Gaiman is my hero! Coraline is such an imaginative, tough, and clever little girl! And this edition has some fun extra art work and interviews at the end! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Lindy Well done! 😃 8y
GlitteryOtters Woohoo! So many books!! 🎉 🙌I think I read enough audiobooks for both of us (as my eyes were a bit strained from so much NaNoWriMo computer time, I mostly avoided physical books, TV watching, etc., this month) 8y
Well-ReadNeck @GlitteryOtters any audiobook recommendations? 8y
PurpleyPumpkin Fantastic!🙌🏼 8y
GlitteryOtters @Well-ReadNeck non-fiction: I'd rec both You Can't Touch My Hair by Phoebe Robinson & Lauren Graham's Talking As Fast As I Can if you are in the mood for conversational-style memoirs/essays (with all the politics this month, I needed the more casual style of both of these & they were very well read by the author). Also, I've been loving rereading Gretchen Rubin's The Happiness Project on audio as my book to fall asleep to (set timer to run 1 hour) 8y
Well-ReadNeck @GlitteryOtters Fabulous! Thanks!! 8y
GlitteryOtters @Well-ReadNeck fiction: I highly recommend AS King's Still Life With Tornado, Flann O'Brien's The Third Policeman (like The Happiness Project, I dip in and out of this one often as a comfort read). Jodi Taylor's The Nothing Girl & what I've read so far from The Chronicles of St Mary's series & Jaclyn Moriarty's The Colors of Madeleine series & EK Johnston's Exit, Pursued By Bear. All are superbly written with great narration. 8y
DebinHawaii Great job!!! 📚👍😀 8y

Homo Deus is my pick for November, because it's scary, witty, enlightening and written in a comprehensible language.

Simona @Reviewsbylola It was. I had a hard time to make decision, because all 9 books was excellent. But in the end I decided among nonfiction books because it is #nonfictionnovember 8y
tpixie @Simona @Cinfhen thanks for thinking of me but you've got to mean someone else. I only speak French un peut. 8y
Simona @tpixie Sorry 🤗 but I have in my mind you as a reader capable to read in the Russian language and in one of Scandinavian. 🤔 8y
tpixie @Simona lol I love your confidence in me! 8y
tpixie Interesting read. Dan Brown's Book may be an answer. 8y
