It's been a while since I read the first volume but it didn't take me long to back into the swing of things. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The graphics are wonderful and Ms. Marvel showed up in it as well! So the Terrigan gas got Moon Girl and now she is an inhuman. What are her powers? I'm not spoiling it. Also a Kree boy is on a mission to prove to his father that he can find and capture an inhuman.

Getting back into this series after a long break. Lunella Lafayette is one of my favorite Marvel characters. I also love Ms Marvel‘s appearance in this one.

Moon Girl continues to be the coolest 4th grade superhero. This one has appearances from Ms Marvel and Amadeus Hulk.

1. Reading more graphic novels (see tag--I'm catching up on a couple series) and going to a friend's baby sprinkle...maybe...she's actually due that day!
2. Probably sunset, just 'cause I'm a nighttime person.
3. Eh. Sunburn easily, can't swim, hate heat and summer...beaches weren't made for me. I do like beaches in the evening.
4. Dark brown. Thinking of trying purple or dark red soon. Thoughts?

I liked the first one way more than this. I wasn't a fan of the whole "I'm 9 years old, but I don't need or want anyone's help because I'm so smart" theme that ran through it.

As I stated in my review of volume one. I just wasn‘t feeling this comic despite some good qualities. I think I‘ll leave this series for someone else to enjoy.

More adorableness. I didn't love the Kid Kree stuff but it was easy enough to brush past.

The continuation of this series finds Lunella Lafayette after the terrigen cloud transforms her and the results are not at all what she expects or hopes for. Add to that a big Lego competition and the appearance of the wannabe villain Kid Kree and Moon Girl‘s problems are bigger than ever. A fun series rolls on and I‘m excited for volume 3.

Way cool that Ms. Marvel makes a guest appearance! The Lego thing was a little annoying (it's obviously product placement, anything could have replaced it) but I was more annoyed by the parents. The Kree things can be confusing if you aren't a little familiar with the Secret Invasion (Yay Google).I am most definitely picking up volume 3 after I get through the mountain of trades I've picked up. I will be following this series.

Just finished my second graphic novel today! This one is awesome!! Nothing better than a nine year old super hero! I started out with the second volume unknowingly but it was still pretty easy to follow. I put the first one on hold. Great series!! ❤️❤️❤️📚📚

I love Moon Girl, but my ❤️belongs to Devil Dino! I am diggin this series. The story is fun and STEM! A kick ass genius STEM Girl where can you go wrong? Plus a dinosaur sidekick? I love it.

Equally adorable as the first volume.

Finished this on the plane last night and it was brilliant. I really love this series and volume two was just as great as volume one. I'm really looking forward volume three.

I love how this girl is a smart, inventive engineer. She's brave and nerdy and trying to make sense of life.

It's a perfect Saturday morning read with my daughter, and my son had to listen in even though he's already read it. Now we'll give it to my husband since he's been patiently waiting for his turn...

Moon Girl returns and the nature of her Terrigen powers are revealed. She also makes a new friend, or is it a rival? And gets a visit from a guest superhero 😉 Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable volume to read 😁

Just finished volume 2 last night and I'm still in love. It's a silly comic, yet so much fun and I adore moongirl. Also a guest appearance that made me squee with happiness. Lunella Lafayette is everything.

I think one of the reasons I've had trouble getting into comics in the past is that I've never been able to keep track of what was out and what I'd already read. Here's my shot at a solution to that. I've read volume 1 of a lot of things lately, and I want to try to actually continue in the series! Open circle for volumes that are published or have a release date, colored circle for volumes I've read.

Enjoyed this even more than the first volume. I love seeing Lunella come into her own. 💝💝 I also got to send this frame to my amazing kid sis who kicks butt in her own right as an engineer.

Today in escapism...

Tonight I'll read about a black girl using science and kicking butt in NYC. Sweet dreams!
