#ReadingResolutions #day1 #SeptemberTBR I spent over an hour last night rearranging the stacks on one side of my library so the books I‘m reading first are on top. This is my completely ridiculous, way overly ambitious #MountTBR #shortlist for September. I honestly could not cull it down anymore. Today I‘m tackling the stacks on my desk & the overrun on my TBR shelves. Do you see anything you want to read? Let me know below. #INeedABiggerLibrary🙏

SMayWrites The Dreadful Tale of Prosper...something...(can't read it) 😅 looks good from the spine! And Red Rising is on my tbr list! I'm afraid to admit how big my tbr pile is. Glad to see I'm in good company! 6y
Insightsintobooks What's the red and yellow gold spine one? 6y
DGRachel The Poppy War, Spinning Silver, Children of Blood and Bone, The Dire King, and See What I Have Done are all on my TBR shelves. Red Rising (the whole trilogy) is a favorite of mine and I really enjoyed If We Were Villains. Indianapolis is one of the best books I‘ve read this year, hands down. It‘s a tough read, but so good. I can‘t recommend it enough. 6y

LeeRHarry Jasper Fforde is great! 😊 6y
Rissreads I‘m in the middle of doing all my books too. Although I don‘t think I have quite as many books as you. I‘ve decided to just put them all in alphabetical order, whether I have read them or not, so books by the same author are together. When it‘s time to choose my next book I will just have a look. Picking my next book before I‘m ready never works because I usually change my mind when it‘s actually time to start it! It depends on my mood! 6y
BookNAround Read The Eyre Affair. It‘s fab. 6y
erzascarletbookgasm Certainly LOTS of options for the month! I‘m curious to read this 6y

#SeptemBowie #day28 #ICantRead 😭😭😭 I have all these amazing books doublestacked in my #MountTBR shelves with more preorders & books coming & I still can't read much until I get my new glasses(hopefully🤞)in another week.Though the huge cobwebby floaters are still there, I have hope they will dissipate on their own so I don't have to have laser surgery on my eyes😱Not being able to read for more than an hour without headaches is killing me!

MinDea Oh no! I hope the glasses help! 7y
monkeygirlsmama Beautiful stacks! 📚 Sorry about your eyes 👀 though. Hope the glasses 👓 make a big difference. 7y
OSChamberlain Same here! So sorry you have to go through that 😩 7y

Lizpixie @MinDea @monkeygirlsmama @OSChamberlain thanks guys. The fact that reading is my only outlet & hobby is driving me nuts. I'm not a big tv watcher and my physical limits mean that the things I used to love doing like gardening and shopping are no longer available to divert me is depressing. I'm sooo bored! 7y
MinDea Can you do audiobooks? 7y
Cinfhen I'm so sorry, liz 😥Hope those glasses do the trick! I know for you reading is like breathing ‼️are you doing audio books??? 7y
MinDea What about an ereader? Do you have one? You van do text to speech with most of them now too! 7y
Lizpixie @MinDea @Cinfhen audiobooks are the only thing keeping me sane, I'm so glad I have a huge library of them from 10yrs of audible subscription. My ereader is a Kobo, I don't think it has that option unfortunately.😢 7y
Bookgirl Hope the glasses help!! 7y
erzascarletbookgasm Thank goodness for audiobooks in the interim! Hope your glasses will solve the eye problem. Meanwhile, take it easy, do not put too much pressure to your eyes. 7y
JacqMac I hope the glasses help. Looking at that TBR must be like torture. (edited) 7y
