panThis series went downhill fast. The characters seriously lacked depth and the plot felt as though it had no stakes. I didn‘t understand what was going on half the time and the other half of the time I didn‘t care.

Read the third in the series right away after finishing the second? Or put a buffer book in between? Sometimes when I read a sequel too closely after, they run together and I can't remember which one was which!
pickI liked this one! The first two books in the series were only so-so for me, but this one was definitely better. It still had some common YA tropes, but overall it was pretty solid. Again, if I had read this series when I was 14, I think I would have loved it. I‘m glad that this last book was better than the previous ones. 3 1/2 stars.

pickIf you guys need a good outer space read, try this series. The first book is best described as Titanic in space, and the series just takes off from there. I think there is a big gap of decent modern science fiction stories, so I am always appreciative of a creative series like this one. Each book is a romance, that fits into a larger story. The conclusion (this book) brings them all together.
pickLast few minutes in paradise 😩 This was a great closer to the series and probably my favorite, more so because it brought all the characters together than for the last pair Sofia and Gideon (although they were cute!). Lilac and Tarver were the best. Now back to winter reality...
Moving on to the final book in this series. So far this has been a fantastic series.

Finally finishing this trilogy. I don't know what it is about this writing style that sucks me in, but suck me in it does!
A few chapters into this one and loving it. The beginning is intense, and the plot is already developing in fun ways. I really like the two main characters' different personalities, too.
