✨I might have a small obsession with Greek mythology, but uhhh... this is Hera. 😍 I decided that Athena, Nyx, and Perseus needed a little sister. She enjoys sleeping, whining, chewing on bookmarks, and the occasional book sleeve when the urge arises.
✨Since I‘ve already had my heart broken by Jay Kristoff and Neal Shusterman, I might as well finally let Laini Taylor stomp on the broken pieces. 🤷🏼♀️💔
pick✨Even though there‘s a lot of information throw at you in the first 200 or so pages, it‘s all definitely worth it at the end. As sad as I am to see the end of this trilogy (as far as I know it‘s the end), I think it was wrapped up very nicely- a bow, ribbon, and all.

✨Athena got spayed last Tuesday (we wanted at least one litter, but she attacked me about a month ago and vet told us this was probably for the best) and the kitties have done nothing but love on her and sometimes slightly annoy her. I now have a little family of Greek gods. 💜🤷 (Athena, Nyx, and Perseus)
✨Now that I know he's ours for sure (we weren't sure if he had rabies or not and didn't want to get our hopes up) I'd like everyone to meet Perseus! My boyfriend found him outside of work back in September and surprised me with him. I wasn't sure how Nyx or Athena was gonna do with him, but they all love each other now. He's only maybe 12 weeks old or so, but he's been doing great! Minus a little eye infection we can't seem to get cleared up.💜💜
✨I have absolutely no idea what to read next. I've heard alot of good things about Dracul buuut I've also been waiting forever for Muse of Nightmares. 🤔
pick✨I love John Green, but wow... Hank really blew this out of the park. I really, really enjoyed seeing them both on tour, too. Hank (like Kristoff) incorporates alot of the things I enjoy (even if John gave a power point on why Transformers aren't robots....(I kind of agree, but still love them)). And CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW THIS BOOK ENDED?!?!?!?! The sequel can come out any day now. 🙃📚💜

✨I had an absolutely remarkable (hehe) time in KC seeing Hank and John Green! After watching them on a screen for ten years or so, this was so surreal! They're hilarious and Hank's crowd work is TOP NOTCH! Also, waiting in line for five ish hours to be in the third row was very well worth it. I loved every second of this whole day. 💜💜💜

Especially renovations & moving into our new house (it's almost done!), but my little sister & I are gonna go to Hank Green's book tour in Missouri & I'm so excited! It's for my birthday (the 27th) & it'll also be the first ever book tour I've been able to go to! 💜

✨One of my boyfriend's best friends goes to UCLA and he took us to the library there and the science library! It was definitely my favorite part of the trip, I think. The buildings were so beautiful and so, so full of books. Some of them were even as big as I am! They were full of scripts and scrolls. 📚📚💜
✨We had a great time on vacation. I didn't get to read as much as I thought I would. It turns out driving from Nebraska to California is pretty interesting! I also realized I have a very strong dislike of the state of Utah. 😂🤷
✨It was a very nice week in the desert without humidity. I was actually cold there! Now we're back in Nebraska and it's back to reality.🙃😭

I also love the tea towel and agate ring. 😍 There's also an adorable Cruel Prince book in and an actually really good mirror themed around The Belle's, I think?? The magnetic bookmarks are also cute asf.💜
