What you can‘t see, and why I‘ve been quiet, is that my mental health was starting to decline. But instead of ignoring it and expecting it to fix itself like last time, I decided to be proactive. Part of that was a social media break. But I‘m happy to be back with my Litsy fam and feeling better💜

It always makes me feel better when I see people speaking openly about their struggles. Maybe, hopefully, I might be helping someone feel less alone or stigmatized 6y
