Hello Litsy and #BFC friends! I‘ve been mia for a bit now, but this summer has been quite unpredictable so I haven‘t been reading much. I also haven‘t been sticking to my fitness goals, but I have remained very active. We‘ve been walking quite a bit and my ##pokemongo can show you that! We‘ve been going to the park for walks...my legs are sore from going uphill and downhill. 🙂👍🏽

I had a rough start to round 2, but I‘m looking forward to a better week 2 🙂👍🏽. This past week I did yoga 2 days and I got on the elliptical 1 day (and I have the sore muscles to prove it). I‘ve been at my mom‘s since Friday, so I‘ll be getting back on track when I get home.
