Day 2 #marvelousmarch readathon @Andrew65
Completed 2 audiobooks and through chapter 6 of the tagged. It‘s unputdownable❣️
My heart was crushed by this book. Very, very good. Well written. The characters were so well developed.
I highly recommend this book
Told in dual timelines that kept my interest. The two main characters sometimes were a little too naïve and shallow, but story is pretty interesting.
I had some issues with details (like did they really could afford to buy flowers just for beauty during war? etc.)
All the Flowers in Paris was both heartwarming and heartbreaking
A wonderfully written book. It had some historical context in it that tied into the plot. It wasn‘t a quick read and I enjoyed it all the way through.
A woman who can‘t remember her life in modern Paris has her story intermingle with a wwii Paris saga.
All the Flowers in Paris is a Story of crushing heartbreak, of abject depravity but it is also a story of healing and hoped, as Celine comes to learn of Celine and Crissy‘s story and comes to realize fate had brought her into Crissy‘s path, before she knew who she was.
Beautifully written and heart wrenching. I will definitely be recommending this book to those who ask. And even those who don‘t 😁

This was such a good story. Although this is not my go to genre, Sarah Jio's books are always such a pleasure to read.

Emotional, heartbreaking, and hopeful. When I started this, I didn‘t think it was what I needed to be reading at that moment but I‘m so glad I pushed through. The two story lines really sucked me in and I could not put this book down. If you enjoy historical fiction about WW2, then this is for you. #historicalfiction #paris #netgalley
This is a beautifully written novel. I literally could not put it down. Many books take me days even weeks to read...I read this in two days. Both the main characters Caroline and Celine were such wonderful characters to follow. You could feel their love, passion, heartache, confusion and fears come across the pages so clearly. I just started this book today and I‘m already over half way through it! (And I‘m typically a slow slow reader, especially this year for some reason, most likely life/depression/life with busy kids/full time job) This book has captured my heart and has me captivated by these two women decades apart. I can‘t wait to see what happens in the last half!
