All caught up and ready to read book 9 (which thankfully I have an eArc of)!
Katie is busy with house renovations and wedding plans, but all of that gets pushed to the side when a customer is murdered and Quinn calls her in. In the midst of investigating, Katie's magic is stolen! A magic-less Katie is obviously one grumpy witch. ;)
Sometimes the animal characters in cozies are better than the human ones!! #animaloncover #magicalmay @Eggs
Been beyond busy. But getting a day to be cozy finally. Finished the tagged book and now onto the next!!
Missing all of you lovely Littens. I'm hoping with the upcoming holidays that I will be on more often. :)
Oh how I love the magical bakeshop cozy mystery series and this latest installment did not disappoint!!! Such fun characters and always a well laid out mystery. I sure hope this series continues!! #ilovecozies
Finished this one with the help of a second cup of coffee and a keto pumpkin cheesecake muffin. This latest in the magical bakery mystery did not disappoint. Bailey Cates put our main character in quite a position and you couldn‘t help but feel all the emotions she was going through. Just loved it and love where it‘s going next.

1.) A favorite cozy Mystery series set in Savannah, GA. I'm currently reading this but I think I'll have to push the rest off until October. So many books to read this month 😅 but anyway. My favorite part of living in Georgia is that Savannah is only 2.5 hours away!
2.) Hot. Muggy. Bleh.
3.) The one where the guy talked THE WHOLE TIME. Tim 🙄
4.) Both! One 🐶 One 🧒🏼
5.) @AkashaVampie ♡♡♡
A few days late but here is what I hope to read in September!!!
I love all of characters in this series...once again Katie is up to her eyeballs in trouble. Katie‘s Dad comes for a visit & to help get things lined out with the remolding. It was nice that he was featured more in this book than in the past. The ending was not the closure I wanted but I‘m hoping for solid resolutions in the next book
This story was an entertaining read with plenty of twists and turns around each corner. Katie was being pulled in many different directions and that was a bit distracting because nothing she participated in, magic, wedding planning, time with her coven, was delved into too deeply. There was no time for more than light touches on each subject. I would have preferred a narrower focus but it did keep the story moving at a fast pace.
