Someone who has experienced back-stabbing over jealousy this is an excellent book for those who have experienced issues like exclusion.

pickafter reading the past two books in this chain of graphic novels, i was really excited to read Just Jaime, and i was not disappointed! i loved the split story between jaime and maya, with jaime being the main narrator of the story. i love seeing the characters from the different books interact and it‘s super cool to see them cross paths. if you enjoyed the past two books this is definitely a book i would recommend!
pickTerri Libenson is one of those adults who remembers how it feels to be a kid, and her books always make me remember vividly too. Just Jaime is about friends and cliques and social pressure and that left-behind feeling you get sometimes when you‘re just not clicking with your friends like you used to. This is an empathetic and loving book that gives kids space to make mistakes and be introspective.

pickMy youngest niece and I read this book. It outlines some classic middle school "mean girl" dynamics and has a good moral. We enjoyed it!
This came out last week, But it is part of a series and the #MGBuddyRead just finished book one. I look forward to this title.
