Riddle me this, how did this book destroy me when I barely had feelings for books 1&2? This had me sobbing out of nowhere & here I thought I barely had a surface level attachment to the series. I did like the series (I wouldn't have continued it if I didn't) but TIQ I adored. I do think I would have enjoyed the rest of the series more if I read it at a younger age, that being said it's still adorable & I love Grim the cat more than I care to admit

Finally finished. I hVe no idea why it took me so long to finish this book but glad I stick it out as I really enjoyed it.

Book and snack. I'm really hoping to finish this one today seeing as I have been reading it on And off forever. Under 70 pages to go now

Determined to actually finish the iron queen this time! Photo of the Scottish oatmeal scones my son made today. That man can cook! One day he will make some man very happy!

So my youngest daughter has had a sore throat, cough, fever, chills, among other things. In our state every cough or cold that presents to the dr is now tested for covid. So last night my brave soul went to the testing clinic and stoically (she has severe sensory issues and didn‘t flinch even though here anxiety was through the roof). So now we are in quarantine till the results are back...sometimes between 24/72 hours. Well we have lots to do!

This mornings cup sums up the feels of the day.

TodY is the kSt day pic classes here. Next week all schools are shut for the week so teachers can take time to workout what they will do re online classes...then two weeks of holidays before study continues. Peace and I think hiding with a book for the next few weeks sounds like a good idea.

Not the best photo cause she will not sit still! But a few weeks ago this little lady joined our home ( along with two furry mice to keep our old Paisley company). This is our Grimalkin. Names after the fairy cat in the iron fey books.

Isolation entertainment.... mind trap with hubby. Onto chapter 4 of the iron queen which is good. Was close to quitting study completely the other day but pulled myself up and am close to being up to date. We will get through this, it‘s just very hard and not going to be easy.

Thought I‘d give this a go. Need something to escape reality with.

3rd installment of the Iron Fey. I personally felt it could have ended in book 2. Puck is still the best thing this series has produced. Read for #LitsyAtoZ Letter I, and that completes all my book challenges for 2019! This year I did 3, and in 2020 I‘m planning on doing 5! Yikes!!

Just finished this and wow that ending took me by surprise. I know the title is the iron queen, so it shouldn‘t have been too shocking. Can‘t wait too see what the fourth book in this series brings to the table.

The 3rd book in the Iron Fey series. Enjoyed reading it like the other books. Megan is an awesome character for younger girls and women to read about.

Just finished this and really enjoyed it. I wasn't overly suprised by the ending but I loved the way that the story got there. Now on to The Iron Knight.
