so-soThis was one of the strangest books I've ever read. It starts off as more or less a psychological thriller but turns into a sci-fi thriller with some sort of psychic connection between Martin and the killer, and the killer being seemingly part-Terminator. There's a lot of extraneous material which slows down the plot and makes it drag. It's an okay read but I wouldn't be in a hurry to re-read it at any point. 3⭐
