Pemberlittens It's time for #JaneAdjacent. My answers:
1️⃣ First read. Print copy. First Impression - overly wordy. Everything is described in great detail. As member of Fictional Hangover https://www.fictionalhangover.com/ Vampire Book Club, I've read quite a few Vampire books. This is by far one of the worst.

It's been a crazy busy month. But this week is supposedly quiet. Starting Mr Darcy, Vampyre by Amanda Grange today. Should have discussion post up October 30th as planned. 🧛🏻♂️

I‘m starting this read today for the #12monthsofjane with @Crinoline_Laphroaig .
I am posting one book per day from my to-be-read collection. No description and providing no reason for wanting to read it. Some will be old, some will be new - don't judge me, I have a lot of books.
Day 129th
Join the fun if you want!

I am not going to give any secrets. I did like it. Yes it had moments when I felt that I did not need so much information on a particular topic. It however got me interested in traveling. Loved the ending. Ms. Austen would be proud.
Finally a Lady Catherine I do not want to have killed or dismembered. Interesting.
I should be use to it by now, Pride and Prejudice adaptation does not get to the point. So I am still awaiting Mr. Darcy to tell his beloved that he is a vampyre. WHY?
‘Do you mean to tell me you have a palace?‘ asked Elizabeth.
‘No, I mean to tell you that we have a palace,‘ said Darcy, laughing.
Finally a glimpse of the old Lizzie and the vampire that Darcy is suppose to be.
I am once again perplex by another Pride and Prejudice adaptation. I am three CD in and I am still trying to figure out what Darcy is doing with his bride. Lizzie character is lacking the sharpness and the intellect of the original.
Took a week off from the many adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. Now I am back. Like this audio, because it is more in keeping with the original in language.
“A married man in possession of a dark fortune must be in want of an eternal wife...“
Just in on audio cannot wait to get started. My Pride and Prejudice obsession continues. Darcy with fangs. Sexy.

leaves rustled, twigs cracked, and, every now and then, a wolf howled, sending its lonely ululations high into the air, wailing and crying like a tortured soul. Worse was the agony of #expectation as she waited for the answering cry, so that it was almost a relief when it came, although it was quickly replaced with a new terror: the knowledge that wolves were out in force and were hunting in a pack. #QuotsyFeb20
It's our first night having the bookstore's #afterhoursbookclub and our theme was Jane Austen! Whether it was a book by her, about her, or a retelling of one of her books. Also fancy cheese and wine! 😉
Ummm...I might have a problem. I tend to get obsessive about books. I reread Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre last year. And then I went and found every book that had been based on them, and ordered all the ones I could find on paperbackswap. I have more on my wishlist. I added in a Wuthering Heights and Emma #fanfic #homage, too. For good measure, you know. #feistyfeb
My book haul from McKays. I'm quite excited about them all.
Ugh, this is rated less than 3 stars. ? File under "I could be SO into this."
