The story here was pretty solid and the characters were interesting. But there was some weird stuff around therapy and a LOT of fat shaming that just grated after a while.

Another enjoyable instalment of the series. Mattie has to work out some personal issues while investigating a death at the local nursing home. Nice humour and good to see the growing relationship between the main characters. Look forward to the next one. 👍

I enjoyed this cozy and found it super fun that it was set in a small town in Wisconsin!! I think I will check out the other books in this series!!!
