A sweet book that reminded me of a novel about Hendrick Groen and his nursing home escapades. Heartwarming and yet full of hilarious drama. I enjoyed this sweet story. Book #112 in 2024

Finished this one last week but I was waiting for the #SundayBuddyRead before I posted this review. What I took away from this was the more Julia learned about her family‘s past and their trials, the more empathetic she became. Also, seeking help for your mental health is the right thing to do. I was so annoyed with her when she was so angry all the time and wouldn‘t listen to anyone. #112 #BookSpinBingo #12 #BFC21 #4 #BOOKED2021 #SuperSeptember

A must-read for fans of the musical. A deep dive into the creation and development of the musical along with annotated libretto and lovely photos.

(quarantine book #112; read a book set in the 18th century--the libretto is set then, so I'm using that)

#112 of 2020. A psychologist starts receiving notes regarding an event that happened when she was a teenager that was covered up. She really starts to become paranoid suspecting everyone while trying to figure out who is behind it. A few twists and turns. Enjoyable story! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

#112 of my year. Had to bail on the last one. It was a bit much for me and I‘m ok with that lol also meet my new doggy, Ocean Blue, he‘s a rescue and that was his original name so I decided instead of choosing a bookish name I‘d let him keep what‘s familiar. He‘s so chill and I feel so lucky to have adopted him. I‘m listening to Weight by Crywolf ♥️

Caffeinated_Reader Meh it was pretty fast pace. Reminded me of the merciless series a little, which I loved. 3.5 stars for me. 4y

#112 of my year. This is a new to me author, I got it during last years huge book sale when I brought home over 300 books...sigh that was the best 😍 this years event was cancelled for obvious reasons lol but at least it‘ll give me time to read some of them right 🤔 Also I‘m listening to Pretty Boy by The Neighborhood 🐻♥️

Caffeinated_Reader Ugh lol not my cup a tea. Pass. 4y

#112 of my year. I can‘t wait to devour this book. This whole series has been so incredible. I need to know all the things so I‘m ignoring my kids & life and going in 🤓😆

Caffeinated_Reader Omg I can‘t wrap my head around all that happened in this book. It was so fast paced but perfectly timed in all things. I cried a lot towards the ending and was floored with some of the outcomes. This series is unbelievably brilliant and exciting and pure gold. I absolutely recommend it. 5y

2017 #112 NF audio an interesting look into the NSA and intelligence operations. While he definitely has a political slant, you can't fault his point of view given his history in the making of the world we live in today. Slow to start but the last third of the book had substantial meat to it.
