Loved Nancy Drew growing up. I was looking for an audiobook to listen to while I was cleaning house today and came across this. Nancy Drew books got me into reading mysteries and I still love this genre.

While listening to this audiobook, I laughed bc when the book was written in 1930 the amount of things were so cheap compared with today prices. I still love Nancy Drew but I now consider it a cozy mystery.

Agatha Raisin and the Wellspring of Death is the 7th book in the Agatha Raisin series. Agatha is asked by Roy to do some PR for the Wellspring Water Group. Soon she is enthralled in a murder, but before it can be solved another happens. James has an active part in this book. I was laughing at some of the things she got into. Beaton writes a great cozy series.

Who really killed Barbara Weaver? I know who I think did it. Love True Crime. Gregg Oslen is so good at True Crime, I think.

Finished this finally. It was just meh to me. The best part of the book to me was the last 60 or so pages.

I have read a lot of books on WWII and yet I learned new things in this book. I was surprised by who some of his aristocrats were, but I did know a few. But, some of the people totally surprised me, especially when she told who their children and grandchildren are.

What a wonderful historical fiction book. It covers the years 1933-1945 following 3 friends through the horrific tragedy's of those years. One boy is Italian and a fascist, one boy a Jew (but they are best friends), and one Italian girl. It's an emotional book.
