pickI really enjoyed this book! It was one that I happened across at my local library and I‘m so glad I gave it a chance. I discovered there is a second book in the series and I‘m really excited to read it! I hope there will be many more books in the series because I really enjoyed the character of Zara! 🌟🌟🌟🌟!
pickTake it Back grabbed my attention from the first page. I was trying to figure out what actually happened. I loved how Zara would do anything to get justice for Jodie. The ending was crazy. I loved how Abdullah made me question everything throughout the book.

There are some sensitive and cruel situations, but this thriller has a non-stop pulse to it.

pickThis was sort of haunting. A disabled girl accuses 4 Muslim boys of rape. Someone is lying and you sort of don't want it to be any of them. This sucked me right in.

pickGreat book! I couldn‘t put it down... shon the light on very sensitive and unfortunately very real situations. Looking forward to the next book from Kia Abdullah!
pickThis was a powerful read. It deals with some very serious issues. The story itself was interesting and built well with some clever twists along the way. The ending was unexpected but added another depth to the story. One last twist to finish the story. This deals with some very dark themes and there's quite a lot of bad language. 3*
