wanderinglynn I started reading this book a couple of months ago but couldn‘t get into it,so I set it aside. I may give it another go this month. That being said, I take ratings with a grain of salt. Everyone has books they love and don‘t love. There are books I love with low ratings. So what? I still love it regardless of what others think. And there are highly rated books that I panned. That‘s the beauty of books—there are books for every type of reader. 💜 3y

Ruthiella I enjoy using goodreads for cataloging what I‘ve read, but I pay VERY little attention to the ratings. If you loved it, you loved it and your taste in books cannot be denied! 3y

bthegood It's a win-win for authors - if there are good ratings people pick up the book, if there are not good ratings people pick up the book and assume others are wrong about it 😊 3y

jchawkins @Bookjunkie57 oh good! Yeah my parents hoarded food containers and coffee mugs, and would shove them into cabinets. You'd open the cabinets and these mugs and cookie tins and yogurt containers would come crashing down on your head 😵 5y

rretzler @jchawkins My husband‘s parents became hoarders in their old age. There were paths through the boxes and stacks in their house to get to important places! And my grandmother horses pantyhose and shower caps in her bathroom cupboards! 5y
