Stayed up past midnight finishing this one. The people of three pines often have hidden pasts and in this one even darker #bizness is hidden in the woods. Gamache, Beauvoir, and Lacoste work together to unravel a crime with international implications. Story seemed far-fetched until I read the author‘s note and learned that the historical part of the novel is based on a true story. #faveauthor #fallintoreading #nofemmeber
