I added another goal for #February
I eat to much chocolate so this will be my third year 40days without 🍫 from today (Ash Wednesday until Easter)

I'll countinue with vitamins, fruits, and exircising. Readathon already started💪👏 I'm reading this week😊
I'll try to convince Leja to eat some vegetables. This will be hard one. If any mother has advice I'll appreciated.

maich @Amandajoy two and a half. First year she ate everything but now she become selective. She only want meat and pasta🙈 3y

Amandajoy At that age it can take 15-20 exposures to a good before she will try it. Keep giving her the veges & try presenting them in different ways, i.e., carrots in coins, in sticks, crinkle cut etc. Also, if she‘s using her hands & playing with it that‘s ok, she‘s figuring it out. Lots of patience & perseverance. And try not to make it a war. ( I‘m a registered dietitian, check out anything by the tagged author, it might help.)

maich @Amandajoy Thank you. She don't want to play with food she don't want to use hands becauae they are dirty and then she want to wash it. My girl is a weird kid😂 only vegetable she eat is carrot. I hope she will try others too. 3y

Oh, this book is good! The writing is lush and evocative 💖The Year is 1645 and the narrator is returning home after her husband's death. Her choice of a husband has caused some family shame, so returning home is laden with guilt and indignity. #NetGalley #FebruaryGoals #ReadRequests

WOW! This book was a total mind f%ck 😜dark, disturbing, disjointed. I read it completely in one day because I did not want to lose the momentum....even though I had parts figured out, there were tons of twists I didn't expect and completely surprised me. Lots of uncomfortable creepy stuff, so be cautious and aware of triggers. A smart literary thriller that did not disappoint.
