pickI loved this. Some aspects of it reminded me of the 1990s movie Casper. I enjoyed the story very much. Narrated very well. The main female character irked me in the beginning but when she smartened up I was relieved. I adored her friends, the 80s era, the music, the history, and of course the love story. Beware, this ends on a cliffhanger.

pickAnother enjoyable entry in the series. Harry passes a case he doesn‘t want to Cleo and it turns out to be more complex than just a cheating spouse. Once again, Cleo is determined to solve a murder, in spite of the social, gender and class issues of the day that work against her.

pickI love how Wrexford and Sloane approach a murder mystery from different angles to solve the crime. Enjoyed book two as much as book one and excited to read book three next! Definitely a new favorite crime solving team.
