#BFC is back for a 28 day round ! Super glad this is happening I need to focus on beginning a daily meditation practice and get back into my yoga practice! Self care is very important with the social distancing that is happening . Head to @wanderinglynn ‘a post to sign up!

#BFCr4 #drpepper (is my favorite)

No Soda - 0 sodas - big win (now to up my water intake)
Meditate - 4x this week
Exercise - 0x 😔 - fail
Stretch - 1x
Read - 4 children‘s books

I‘ve been listening to guided meditations which is enjoyable if you can find the right one. Any suggestions?

I read 2 of 3 books for this week. My total meditation time equals 15 minutes a day but migraines make listening to meditation music hard.
