Got this book at Bob‘s Red Mill in Milwaukie, OR, just south of Portland, OR on vacation. So cool to see the headquarters in person! They have all kinds of Bob‘s Red Mill products at my grocery store in the natural food section. There are 31 recipes I want to try making in here. No pictures of recipes, though. I want to see how it‘s supposed to turn out!

Today‘s op shop purchases with my discount card. I looked forward to doing this all day. Grand total $24. No ballet = more op shopping time 😢 I spoiled myself with a cheesy naan for dinner and a glass of red. I had to intake test a child with a history of violence today but it all went well.

I probably would have bailed on this one if it wasn't my seasonal cozy pick. It seems like the story was a bit unnecessarily drawn out, and didn't have as much to do with the theme of St. Patrick's Day as I thought it would. Probably not a series I would read any more of.

I read my post from 7 years ago and would you believe - I am once again in the position of needing a new muffin tin? My old one got yeeted in a fit of rage during the moving/packing process - something that had slipped my mind until after I‘d started mixing up a batch of banana muffins… so now it‘s a Bundt cake…

I‘m off to see some Shakespeare while picnicking tonight - so this isn‘t quite as convenient as muffins but what can you do? ♐️

4/5⭐ A good variety of keto recipes that sound delicious. The instructions and keto information are easy to understand. The design of the book is very pleasing.

4/5⭐ The time estimates for each recipe must be for super chefs, because it takes me a lot longer to prep. That said, the recipes in this book are relatively simple and look delicious. The skillet berry crumble was a big hit at a family gathering.
