So instead I will talk about how it was 90 degrees Friday night at 7:05 and 73 degrees last night at 6:30. A couple hours later I nearly had #shivers and left the game after seven innings.

Upon reading Sheerhan's lyrics, I interpreted “shivers“ in a (dare I say) emotionally sexy way. My two favorite characters who give each other the shivers in all 10 books is none other than Jamie and Claire Fraser. 😍

It was really cool to see a Four Scares In One book of the Shivers series, with many of the early books I have. Shivers comes up while I'm visiting the thrift shops, looking for more of the Bruce Coville collection books. Cool books to see, but no hauling just yet. 💀

I was at a charity hockey game with good friends today, running late for my library trip, but with enough time for the small Turn The Page bookstore. - I went in looking for Bruce Coville books, and found a treasure of M.D. Spenser's Shivers 🤗 also very worth collecting! The first two are old favourites I enjoyed, with the spider tale as a TBR. 🕷
