Week 13 of quarantine,WFH full time as the fam breadwinner, and a full time grad school load while chasing around a 16 month old tiny drunk roommate. These days are tough, but I know I‘m going to reflect on these months, days, and minutes that feel like hours and be so glad that I got to spend them at home watching this tiny bro grow.

I am definitely shouldering a massive load, but feel so lucky to have such an awesome family near me(we are quarantined on an acre with a massive orchardand a pool! Lots of kiddo swim photos incoming- another CA heat wave is coming :( )even when Beckett is being a handful! 5y

Both of my sons‘ classes have been celebrating #readacrossamerica with something fun each day. Today, is “Fun Food Friday” so I made cupcakes for my second grader‘s class. Hope the kids like them!

My kindergartner‘s class is making green eggs and ham. Can‘t wait to hear how that went. 😆

AlaMich Those look awesome! In the district where I work, the only food allowed in classrooms are unpackaged fruits and vegetables for daily snack. No food at parties. Period. 🙁 5y

Sweetkokoro Those came out absolutely adorable. My daughters school doesn‘t allow homemade food for class parties they have to be store bought only, it‘s a safety measure and I‘m okay with that. I‘m so use to it that it blows my mind when I see some schools still allow homemade treats. 5y
