Bill, if sports AREN‘T exercise because there is a winner and loser, then why is boxing exercise? Your dad‘s handball games are exercise, so why not my tennis? #StupidDichotomy #annoying

Megabooks @MicheleinPhilly it was more that he was calling it “exercise” if it were for the sole purpose of getting sweaty and building muscle. 🤷🏻♀️ so would Megan‘s weight or drill days count as exercise but not her games? Honestly, the whole thing was just forced. I didn‘t care for his insights nor were his ideas of interest to me. And I really could‘ve done without the picture of his dad‘s sweaty chest hair in the sauna. 🥵🤢 2y
