I may hop on the bike again tonight, but if I don‘t, I‘m okay with that! Feeling very accomplished, and love that This Is Me came on in my last 5 minutes. It was a perfect way to wrap up today‘s ride. I switched to music for the last 1/2 hr for motivation, to pedal to the beat.

alisiakae How I feel: my right foot toes were a bit numb in the last 15-20 minutes, but are good now. Knees a bit achy. Changed my bottoms halfway through for a fresh pair because I was soaked in sweat. 😂😂 Overall I feel great! 6y

Clwojick Woohoo! Way to go girl! You‘ve absolutely crushed it! After almost 8 hours of walking my right knee is a little pissy with me too, so I totally get the achy knees! Glad your toes are back to normal now, and hopefully your butt wont be sore tomorrow 😂 6y
alisiakae @Clwojick I will be amazed if it isn‘t! Padded bike shorts helped. I‘m hoping for time to take a salt bath tonight to help lessen any soreness tomorrow. And restorative 🧘♀️! How are you feeling apart from the achy knee and tiredness? 6y
