Clwojick @phatsallylee that‘s a great idea! I do a heavier day of 25,000-35,000 a few times a month as well, but normally unintentionally. I‘d love to make the #litsyWalkathon a more regular thing. It‘d be interesting to see how far we could collectively walk as a team. I bet it would be a pretty high number of steps, cause these Littens are FIRE! 🔥 5y

marleed Thank you for the great idea! My feet can walk all day but my back has limits. I did intentionally walk by 2 parks with adult equipment for stretching on the trail. I was good for another 2 miles each time I stretched out my back. 5y

The Fitness Challenge: Reshaping Our Future | Rick C. Mason

Week Two #bookfitnesschallenge wrap up
📚 This week I finished one book: Monkey Beach.
I also finished about 75% of four other books: This Life or the Next, The Milk Lady of Bangalore, The Case of the Missing Servant, and Gone.
💃 I met my goal of 4 Jazzercise classes. I walked 50 km this week, including a 10km hike with friends on Saturday for #litsywalkathon

Hunger: A Memoir of (My) Body | Roxane Gay

I did it! I f($&ing did it by 1.5k steps!! Woo hoo!! #LitsyWalkathon My feet are tired!! 👍🏻

Read 5 books this week. The best were Less and Hunger. 9/12 for the challenge. I have a procedure Tuesday, so we‘ll see what I revise it up to after that.

Also, I‘m remembering to Be Kind to myself, as we all should! I came back from depression and sleeplessness, sort of, and I‘m proud!
