Pickpick

Nominated for the 2026 Washington State Children's Choice Award, Built to Last is a simple story with intense illustrations about perseverance, patience, and friendship.

mandarchy I just did a little Googling. The gold fish on the left is significant in vietnamese culture, and among other things, it represents perseverance. The fish kite on the right is Japanese and represents the hopes and dreams parents have for their children's success. 4w

The Little Library | Margaret McNamara

Popped over to beautiful Bruny Island for a couple of nights. Surprised to see so many tourists in the middle of winter.
They have 6 little libraries on the island, made by the Men's Shed. I've visited 5 and will swing by no.6 on the way to the ferry.

Cupcake12 This is lovely, we don‘t have many of these in the UK. 2mo
