pickThis one is so different and imaginative…it was almost refreshing to read something unique! I did find Nell slightly annoying at times - I wanted to shake her and say don‘t be so stubborn - but as the story unfolded, I had to keep reading. Secrets and greed aplenty. And, there were parts to this that had me grab a tissue or two. I had been a little reluctant to read this - not my typical reading choice - but I‘m glad I picked it up.
