Sansa Stark (ASOIAF), Inej and Nina (Six of Crows, Holly (Artemis Fowl), Thalia and Annabeth (Percy Jackson), Ginny and Luna (Harry Potter) and Liesel (The Book Thief).

I almost chose Hermione as my favorite character but then I remembered exactly how much I identified with Luna Lovegood. Offbeat, interested in the macabre, viewed as unhinged, people approached her as they do me; "Cindy, WHAT are you doing?"
