I got this awesome cookbook for Christmas. I haven't cooked anything from it as of yet (#isolationgoals?), but I love reading it!
Today's #IsolationInteractions discussion: is there a book-related food you'd love to try? Any you have tried? Loved? Hated?
Personally I remember being extremely disappointed by my first taste of Turkish Delight. What was Edmund thinking?!?!

Cupcake12 I love Fry‘s Turkish Delight ❤️ 5y
Cupcake12 I eat meat but quite interested in vegan cooking, apparently vegan brownies taste better than the ‘normal‘ ones, may have to make a batch (purely for scientific research of course) 😂 5y
rockpools 😂😂 We visited a Turkish Delight factory in Turkey last year. Many many samples. You‘d have loved it 😝😉 5y
HeathHof The Kitchen God's Wife kept me craving the entire menu at a local restaurant called Mama Thai's. I think I went there for Pho and dumplings at least three times while reading it 🤣 5y
TheKidUpstairs @Mynameisacolour I love that! And now I want Pho and dumplings... 5y
TheKidUpstairs @Cupcake12 mmm.... research.... 5y
julesG I remember reading the acknowledgements to Kinsella's Undomestic Goddess where she praised Nigella Lawson and her book (tagged). I got the book and have made a few of the recipes. 5y

mrp27 I would love to try any of the delicious treats off the cart from the Hogwarts express. 5y
cleoh I‘ve always wanted to have a party where all the food is blue, like Percy Jackson‘s birthday celebrations 5y
mcipher I love that cookbook! I didn‘t make anything out of it, but it was a really pleasant read. Turkish Delight was the same for me - so disappointing. Jenny Colgan‘s books always make me want to bake something but I haven‘t actually tried her recipes yet. 5y
