rretzler I‘ve seen you post songs and lyrics several times - just curious - what app it apps are you using? 6y

EadieB @rretzler As an example I‘ll do tomorrow‘s song. Type in google the name of song which is ‘so far away‘ and choose ‘so far away lyrics‘ then you choose ‘full lyrics‘. Press down on the first word of the song and scroll down to highlight all the words of the song and choose ‘copy‘. There are a few ways to highlight and copy and paste so if you were not successful doing it my way then copy and paste whatever way is easier for you. 6y

rretzler Sorry, I guess I didn‘t make myself clear - I‘m a tech person so I know my way around computers and certainly google. What I was asking is - for the information on the left of the screen (not the lyrics) - what specific site or app is that from? I have several go-to sites for lyrics and music and I don‘t think I‘ve ever seen a layout like that. Is it possibly just from Wikipedia? I rarely use it for music so that may be why I don‘t recognize it. 6y

EadieB @rretzler Next you scroll down past the lyrics and choose ‘So Far Away (Dire Straits song) - wikipedia. Then i take a screen shot of the information about Song. (edited) 6y

EadieB @rretzler Yes Wikipedia. Didn‘t know how familiar you were with computers! I‘m an anal Virgo so I give exact directions. Next I use PicCollage and insert the wiki info and choose text and paste the lyrics and insert them next to Wiki info and save. Then I use Collage and then into Litsy. 6y

There's not much better to me than Phil Collins' music, but maybe it's his memoir read by Phil Collins himself. Very interesting to me to have him fill in the reasoning behind all his beautiful songs. Quite funny and also very sad at times when he could have made better decisions. But I am absolutely glad that I bought it on Audible so I can listen each year. He reminded me of so much music I had forgotten was important to me. Glad he's back.

Listening to this, read by Collins himself! Things were decent until about disc 7 and now I'm getting a little annoyed with his actions. Still, fascinating to listen to him read his own story!
