Hey there everybody! 😊 @Melismatic @Julie548 @ameliashley @WriterAtHeart and I are looking for new members to join our #PostalBookClub called #WomenReading 🎉 Please only apply if you can commit to 1 book/mo for the club (reading, sending & receiving). BeansPage So how a postal book club works is just like a round-robin. Each member of the book club picks a book that they want the rest of the club to read. On the first month everybody ships out their books to the next person. When received they read the book and then ship it to the same person they shipped to before and then so on. Imagine sitting in a circle and passing the book always to the right. 😉 4y

jessinikkip Glad to see men welcome! Is there any guidelines on what to read or not? Any genre that is a definite yes or definite no? 4y

BeansPage @jessinikkip we like lots of different genres and love to discover new ones ❤️ I don't think any are off limits ATM but I'd like to say probably anything with child or animal abuse is not ok and probably anything with rape would have to be oked first. I don't speak for everyone though, I'm just trying to cover bases. Thinking of triggers 🤔 4y

BeansPage @jessinikkip oh sweetie you're not bothering me at all 🤗 Good question! Some of us don't mind if others write in our books but some of us also send along a journal for others to write about certain sections or to write their thoughts down or whatever they like/dislike about the book. I send a journal along with my books always. 4y

This is what I have been reading this week for our #crossgenre #postalbookclub I am about halfway thru and I really can relate to Rebecca‘s feelings in this book. I didn‘t know much about this book going into it but am enjoying it. I am listening to it on audio and reading bits and pieces too. This has been my new favorite thing to do, both audio and written at the same time! Have you heard of this book?
