That‘s fun. Realistically requires a gym with weights (alternatives are using resistance bands at home), and most of the conditioning and stretching is pretty straightforward (but I‘m also coming from a gymnastics and track background). I like the illustrated pictures of RBG demonstrating everything!

We gave my mom a hand-knit RBG for Mother‘s Day yesterday and she sent this picture this morning — Ruth Leading Her Flock.

I have a feeling this is going to be a favorite book. Her trainer is no slouch either.

Today started with some Christie, a spin workout and now some inspirational cycling books by Selena Yeager. I am determined to break out the outdoor bike this summer.

For day one of my #bookfitnesschallenge I picked a 15 minute strength workout from this book, and did 15 minutes on the elliptical before work this morning! I am currently on the treadmill for a little extra cardio today!
My goals are : at least 30 minutes of cardio and/or strength training at least 4 days a week // 10 minutes of stretching, and less calories consumed for lunch everyday!!
