I can't express fully how incredibly beautiful this was! Lyrically astounding and so magical with characters that felt so real it was as though I was reading about friends.

I loved this way more than I expected to!
The ending seemed a bit rushed but the romance more than made up for it ❤️
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
This book was incredible! The characters were so real and nuanced, I loved that the lines between good and evil were so blurred it felt more grounded and natural.
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Alex is an amazing anti-hero! I loved this book so much 📖❤️
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Fantastic short story collections. Quite possibly the freakiest clown story ever!
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I loved this book! The prose is so lyrical even with such dark content.
The next book could go in any direction that I'm both excited and trepidatious going forward 😄
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Beautiful and dark. I'm not one for insta-love but this wasn't that once I read deeper thankfully!
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I laughed, I cried, I wanted to throw the book into the past so I could read it again for the first time.
Jay Kristoff is by far my best favourite author andy if you you haven't read his stuff I highly recommend you get on it.
I'll be mourning these characters like I've lost friends.
I loved this ending to the trilogy but my goodness Mister Kristoff stabs you repeatedly in the heart on the way!
So many twists and turns and a much faster pace than Stormdancer! Straight onto the next one.
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I devoured this! That ending made me want to throw the book hard enough to hit the author! 😅 Super excited for the next installment 📖❤️
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Loved this book, it reads like fallout meets ex machina!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Super descriptive, the visuals were so detailed it played like a studio Ghibli in my mind.
I really want a thunder tiger now! 🌩️🐅⚡
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I found it quite slow to get into and it was only occasional moments of exceptional writing that held my interest and I am so glad it did because that ending was fantastic! Looking forward to seeing how it continues. 😁👌
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fairly solid conclusion to the first half of the series. The ending felt a bit rushed but overall a fairly easy and enjoyable read.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Also the first song I heard after putting the book down was Only The Lonely Survive by Marianas Trench and it is so fitting I want to hear it on a book trailer for this book!
This was beautifully written and really delivered the feeling of Circe. It only doesn't get five stars because The Song of Achilles is my all time favourite and this didn't effect me as emotionally, but even still that felt in fitting with the immortal witch main character.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
I just want Memento in the UK for a price that I can still feed my son on. Is that too much to ask! My internal bookdragon is getting desperate 😅🙃
After taking a few attempts to get into Caraval I'm glad I stuck with it because I enjoyed Legendary more but I loved this ending. Beautiful imagery and relavent character development.
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I loved this story. So raw and real and heartbreaking.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
"What a strange constellation they all were."
I really enjoyed this series. The realistic relationships mired in fantastical situations. Genuinely likable characters, 3 dimensional 'bad guys' one of which became one of my favourite characters ?
The description in every book is incredible too, really adds depth and grounding to a mystical tale of Kings and Dreams and Magic.
Nona is one of the best characters I have ever read. The story was woven together wonderfully and the action was a physical thing that made me stress over characters I didn't think I cared as much about until I suddenly did.
After reading so many incredible books recently these were the mindless fluff I needed.
The story is average and the endings seem rushed in both selections but it was exactly what I needed as a pallet cleanser series.
I tried to go from Obsidio to Circe and my brain couldn't take it .Usually I reread something old and familiar as a palate cleanser book but my new years resolution was to stop that and tackle my tbr.
So I'm reading the Selection, such an easy book to get through.
A great conclusion to the trilogy. Overall I think it was the weakest of the three but still so clever and it helps already loving the characters.
🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Incredible follow up to the first book, diving straight into the third.
Thank you for tagging me @girlwiththeglasses ☺️

I feel like anyone who reads this could take something positive from it. I found that I was worried about the characters while I wasn't reading it. The role reversal and the portrayal of the corruption of power was difficult and incredible.
Thank you to the very kind @DaveGreen7777 for sharing this with me 😁
1. Just dance by lady gaga played in every bar I went in on my 18th birthday night out.
2. Aquarius ♒
3.Anne Fine, specifically The Tulip Touch which taught me to collect the broken people but not to let them break me. I am going to see her in a talk tonight

Epic fantasy at it's grandest. I loved the way it wove together and the characters were so real it made the dragons even more vibrant. 🌠🐲🐉⚡🍊🌳🦋🌊
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
And as a bonus the author was lovely when I met her.
Book: Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, I expected to love it but I found it very boring.
Movie: Babel. I have nothing positive to say about this tedious drivel.
Song: Mirror by Ellie Goulding, I really like this song it's so melodic I fall asleep 😅

1. A Facebook group that was being archived.
2. I like my hair but it is really long and heavy so I wish it was lighter.
3. Cherry pie. Despite my drunken enjoyment of the song.
4. Ghost adventures, it's so cheesy but so easy to watch I can just switch off.
5. The Bone Season series by Samantha Shannon.

As much as I loved this book when I was younger the most memorable part for me is the 'about the author' 😂
Adding to my TBR while illness is keeping me away from my current read. I've heard fantastic things though and it's nice to have stories to look forward to 😊
I got the full series for £5 I've heard it's an easy, light read so it will do perfect in breaking up some of my heavier reads.
I am so pleased with getting the full Harry Potter collection for just £10! Two of them are first editions too 📖😁❤️ #HarryPotter #bargin
Two new books arrived today 😁 onto the TBR pile because I have a problem 😂😅 #bookaddict
Relaxing with one of my favourite poets.
I cannot describe how much I disliked this book, which is dissapointing as I have only read two of her trilogies (the Circle trilogy & the Gallaghers trilogy) & I really enjoyed them.
The childish devision between 'good' & 'evil' characters. Fairies already conveniently named stuff like 'Rainbow' & the baddies cackling like a house fell on their sister. The names for everything are terrible & I found it strange that only straight people survived.
One of my favourites from my early teenage years. A raw and real story even with fantastical aspects.
Paige is by far one of my favourite female protagonists. I was lucky enough to meet Samantha Shannon and she signed my copy 🤩
One of my favourite dedications also, I apologise for the blurry photo, I've typed it clearer to compensate. 😊
This story broke my heart and mended it a thousand times. A beautiful and epic love story.
One of the most beautiful books I have ever read.
