A day late, but I really liked this week‘s edition 😊
1. “Si nada nos salva de la muerte, al menos que el amor nos salve de la vida. If nothing can save us from death, then at least may love save us from life.” - Pablo Neruda.
2. I am enough.
3. When you don‘t give up, you cannot fail.
4. Alright, alright, alright.
5. 💕💕💕

Relaxing with one of my favourite poets.
There's a bit of a mystery surrounding Pablo Neruda's death in 1963. The official report was that he died as a result of prostate cancer, but the outside expert consensus seems to be that that was a lie. Some say he was poisoned by secret service agents. (Sorry if this is a little morbid, but I just learned about it.)

Saw @BarbaraTheBibliophage post this and, of course, had to try it out!
😁😁Can't say I'm surprised but I'm certainly flattered! My #seatosea friends @FantasyChick @Jabberwocky @bookishtrish will probably get a chuckle from this!
A result I am comfortable with. From @LadyChristy via a bunch of folks.

One of my favorite works of Pablo Neruda and my ultimate favorite sonnet. I'll say Yes to whomever will recite this poetry. 😂 Ah, it is good to be in love with family and friends. 😍
That SO maybe ...still at lost or on his way 😅..
Happy Valentine's Day! 😊
Monday morning commute. Title of this poem seems appropriate for Monday and public transport.
"I whom no one could adore, with my common face."
We all feel that was sometimes Pablo. I'm feeling it a little today.
Cannot do a #poetry hashtag day without mentioning Neruda! I can drown in his poetry.. His words tug at my heart. Sigh! #augustofpages
I learned about life / from life itself, / love I learned in a single kiss / and could teach no one anything / except that I have lived / with something in common among men, / when fighting with them, / when saying all their say in my song.
