Excited to start this book of short stories with a cup of coffee in my new favorite mug.

Harry Potter marathon in my Harry Potter pants while drinking ginger beer. Another wild night in! Not pictured: 3 dogs trying to steal my snacks.
Just finished my reading challenge for the year. Guess I'll aim for 100 books now.
Me trying to keep up with all the characters in this damn book...
You are what you read? #currentlyreading
Found a new bookshelf for all my nerd stuff!
Concert road trip continues, so I'm fitting in some "reading" in the car. ???
Haven't fit hardly any reading in lately because I've been following my favorite band around and worshiping at their altar. Totally worth it! 😍🤘🌶
My #bookbag. Just one of the many I have accumulated. This one was a gift last Christmas.
It's been a stressful day. I need the delight of starting a new book to make me feel better...
Giving this one a shot as an audiobook. I love this cover!
I'm two stories into this collection of short stories and I'm just not enjoying it. I'll stick with it though, because it takes a lot for me to give up on a book. If anyone else has read this, is it worth sticking with or should I not waste my time?
First, let's talk about the cover. Gorgeous! Next, let's talk about the plot. Seems like a really cool story. It starts out pretty strong and sucks me into the story... then the story starts to drag on and on and sometimes bores me. I stick with it because there's some mystery I haven't totally figured out yet. It is still monotonous. But somewhere around 40 pages towards the end, it starts to pick up. Too bad it took way too long to get there.
I started this book tonight and it's so bonkers and bizarre, but in a good way. It's nice to read a book you don't have to take so seriously sometimes. I hope it continues to keep me laughing.
I took a lot of mythology classes in college. They had nothing to do with my major though, I just really enjoyed them. 😉 #currentlyreading
I had a ton of books in my wishlist through my digital library only to discover that 1/3 of them are no longer available because my state didn't repurchase those titles. This was my face when I discovered how many books I won't be able to read now.
So exited to start this book! What a gorgeous cover!
I managed to finish my last book in just a few hours, so I'm starting this one tonight. Seems like it will be a quick read too.
Is it weird that I like going to appointments with family members because that means I can sit in the waiting room and read? #currentlyreading
My niece knows I'm the right person to ask to take her to her school's book fair! She picked out 4 books. Raising her right!
I'm halfway through this and I really like it so far. It has drawn me in completely.
Question. I haven't read the first book (It's been on hold at my library for what seems like years), but the second one doesn't have a wait list. Can I read this out of order and it still make sense?
Time to throw in the towel and admit that I'm sick. Glad I had some books waiting for me at the library. I just hope I don't run out of Kleenex because I really can't move from this couch for a while.
Catherine, the main character, is an insufferable twat. She meets and falls in love with the man of her insufferable twat dreams, but homeboy is as shady as Catherine is insufferable. I knew something was up with William from the beginning and I guessed it correctly. All of this sounds like it would have made the book a sure DNF contender, but I finished it and was even surprised by another sly little plot twist. Catherine is still a twat though.
Taking a break from reading to play this new board game I bought. Anyone else played it? Confession: I was a bit confused after reading the rules, so I had to watch a YouTube video of someone explaining it. It seems fun, and my character is a crossbow carrying steampunk chemist!
This is how I'm doing my #LitsyPartyofOne. Does anyone else prefer to read with the TV on?
Friday night in my happy place. I'm so excited about several of these books. My #tbr list just got longer.
Doesn't it seem like we've all traveled through the looking glass this year? #currentlylistening
Yep, totally not getting anything done this weekend. At least I have something to watch when the rest of the world watches football tomorrow.
It's Harry Potter weekend on Freeform, so this is what I'll be reading during the commercial breaks. I've been looking forward to a lazy weekend for a while.
I liked this book. I'm not sure why it has such mixed reviews. I enjoyed seeing the plot unfold and the story kept me interested. I was able to speed through this one and didn't want to put it down. This is one of the better books I've read in the past several months.
This book was just okay. It was very tedious and seemed to ramble on too much when it came to side plots that really had nothing to do with the real story. I am usually good at figuring out the murders are in books and movies, but I didn't see this one coming because all the babbling (maybe intentionally) kept me a bit detached and distracted. It was a book that I kept putting down and just wanted to be done with in the end. Good premise though.
