Been a while since I've lost myself in one of these. Just starting this one. Hope it sucks me right all the way in.

How was my book? GREAT. Fantastic writing. Compelling characters. I loved it. Picked out up without knowing anything about it cause I liked the title & cover...I was totally drawn to it. And it payed off!!

A non Discworld Terry Pratchett book. Looking forward to diving in.

Really liked this author's writing. Feel like I've discovered a new fav. This was a good story. Quick read. Interesting. Heavy subject matter, but not heavy to read.

Just back from a very long back country canoe/camping trip. This tagged along home with me. Came highly recommended. Looking forward to it.

Was not expecting it to be very good. Turned out to be SO good. Well written. Compelling. I was fully engrossed the entire time. Very hard to put down.

Figured it out. Vol 4 is a 'soft reboot'. Still our lovely ladies, story line doesn't continue from the wicked ass cliff hanger of Vol 3.

Love Rat Queens. But confused. Dies anyone else feel like vol 4 does not follow from vol 3?

Have been underwhelmed with my reads all summer. With nothing to post I've been missing my littens.

Couldn't put it down. Quick read cause you just can't stop. Read it in two days. You're kind of cringing but feel like you can't look away the whole time. Right from the beginning.

I liked it. I did not love the art. Usually I stop reading of I don't like the art. The story got me though. It was a really good read with a satisfying end.

Not sure what is keeping me hooked. I don't like the main character. At all. But I am hooked. Jonesing for the next instalment.

Kay guys. I am very good to books. It has been so humid though. The other day this chunk of the book fell onto my face while I was reading at the pool. And I am now bashfully returning it to the library.

Heard so many Littens rave about this serious. Ate seeing so many excited posts I picked up #1. Three quarters of the way thru. Just grabbed #2 from the library today.

I loved Kendra Blake's 'Three Dark Crowns', so I picked this up. 15 pages left to go and I really just can't be bothered to finish it. Did not grab me at all.

Took me longer to get thru this than my usual pick of books. It was pretty dense. It was fantastic. Like no other zombie book I've ever read.

Love The Last Airbender series. The graphic novels are a seamless continuation of the original TV show.

The fourteen year old has been performing all week in an Alice dance production. She is fantastic. Fun to watch all the characters come out in dance form.

This story swallowed me...or I swallowed it. I was fully absorbed.

So excited my daughter is reading one of my favourite books. Kind of sad that it is brand new, like just delivered never been cracked, and it's being rained on....sigh the perils reading in the park in spring

Kay guys. I gotta say I am kinda nervous to start this one. You've all said it's pretty scary. I jump scare and, well, kind of just creep out easily.

Shoot...i accidentally put the graphic novel on hold. I was SO excited to pick up the book today. Back to the drawing board..putting the BOOK on hold now.

Resisted reading this for a long time. Finally dove in and I am really liking it.

Reread today. Liked it just as much as the first time I read it in individual comic format. Which involved waiting so patiently for the next issue. Only to gobble it up in minutes once it came in.
