So, I‘m trying to run this account, a bookstagram account, a Goodreads account, and a a book review blog. It‘s just too much for me right now. So, I‘ve decided to quit Litsy. I‘ve decided to stop using this account because of the character limit here. I have a hard time writing a review when I can only use 451 characters. So, if anyone is interested, the link to my blog is in my bio, and links to my bookstagram and Goodreads accounts are on there.

I love this book. The writing was kind of strange to me (third person, in present tense. I don‘t think I‘ve read too many books like that), but the story was fantastic.

I absolutely loved Caraval, and I couldn‘t wait to read this book. The first 1/3 of the book was boring and I seriously struggled to get through it. But I ended up blowing through the rest of the book, though. It was great. I will say that I found this book to be really predictable, though. Especially in comparison to the first book.

I liked this book, but it wasn‘t as good as the others in the series. It seemed like a filler. I‘ll read it again, but it‘s not my favorite.

I don‘t know why I waited so long to read this! It‘s my new favorite book. It was so real and relatable. And it was hilarious! Just about every other line had me laughing out loud. I can‘t wait to read Leah on the Off-Beat!

I went to Barnes and Noble, which was my first trip to a bookstore in years, and bought a few bargain books. I‘ve read these all before and loved them! And I really enjoyed being in a book-ish environment, and will probably go there more.

I really enjoyed the first half of this book, but I‘ve been busy and hadn‘t had the time to finish it. But today I read the rest in one sitting. I loved the whole book right up until the second to last chapter. The ending left me feeling kind of empty. I don‘t know, it just seemed lacking. I‘m not really sure if I‘ll read this one again.

This is another one of those books where I thought I knew what was going on when in reality, I had no idea. In other words, it was great! I‘ve never really been into thrillers, but I‘m learning to like them, and I can‘t wait to read this author‘s other works.

I‘m 1/3 of the way through TSC and it is sooo good. I‘ve been in a reading slump lately, but this book is definitely pulling me out of it! There‘s so much action, and I‘m in a constant state of needing to know what‘s going to happen next.

This was a funny book, and I liked it until the book got to the part after New Year‘s Day. After that, all these different things started to pile up, and all these things were happening that just didn‘t seem to go with the rest of the book. It seemed like the author was trying to do too much.

I tried so hard to finish this book. I started, stopped, and restarted it multiple times. But I just couldn‘t finish it. I finally made it to part three, and I just lost interest. Up until then, there were some good parts, but the rest of the story just seemed to drag on. I don‘t think I‘ll be trying to finish this book again.

I wanted to add a picture because I love the cover, but it wasn‘t loading on my Kindle. Anyway, this book was funny, but Desi‘s plan was rather manipulative and I‘m not into that. I feel like she could have really grown as a person, but she just says “I love you” and suddenly everything‘s alright again? It just doesn‘t seem like a healthy relationship... But now I really want to watch a K Drama.

So, I made a Librarything account, and it‘s pretty cool. As an avid collector, I love that I can add movies and music to my library. But there doesn‘t seem to be a way to create a category (like separating movies, books, and music)? Does anyone know how to do that?

Jess7 @kgriffith works there so I‘m tagging her. 6y
kgriffith You can change the media; there‘s a pretty exhaustive list of formats and there may even be a free type field? I can take a look when I‘m home to be sure. There‘s also “power edit,” the lightning bolt button when you‘re looking at your catalog, so if you want you can create Collections for each type of media then power edit all titles of a certain format into the corresponding collection. 6y

I didn‘t end up finishing this book. I got about 1/4 of the way through. It was boring and repetitive. I‘m all for a romance book, but I don‘t want to read 50 times on 1 page about how impossibly gorgeous a guy is and how much the girl loves him but is never going to get him.

Oooh, I don‘t know how I feel about this book. As I mentioned in my review for the first book in this series, it sounds interesting. But there‘s parts where the story just drags on. The same goes for this book. I wanted to see how this book ended so badly, but getting to the end was hard. And there were certain POVs I just skimmed through. I don‘t know if I‘m going to read the next book.

sunshinegbruno Update: I‘ve decided not to continue reading the series. 6y

I actually liked the first part of this book. But part two is horrible depressing. And Matt and Raychel, the two main characters are just so unlikable. Actually, most of the characters are. Even Matt and Andrew‘s mom, who I think we were supposed to like, although I‘m not really sure. I only liked five of the characters, and three of them weren‘t in the book that much and one of them dies. So. Honestly, I don‘t know what to think about this book.

I thought this was a cool book. There were some parts that seemed to drag on, though. I‘m going to read the next book to see if it gets any better. My only other complaint isn‘t even related to the writing, it‘s more of an editing thing. In certain parts it was hard to tell who was speaking or who was completing which action.

I started this book about 10 months ago and only got to page 52 before stopping. Even though I liked it, life just got in the way of me finishing it. But I read the rest today in one sitting, and it was amazing! I love the dynamic between Evelyn and the others with powers. But I can‘t decide which guy I want her to end up with...
