#3Books ... That I read based solely on their cover

Well, intend to read in the case of Here I Stand and The Mermaid and Mrs Hancock.

@Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @OriginalCyn620

My bookshelf is a mess right now. I moved the whole shelf from the living room into my bedroom. I just kind of sorted the books onto the shelves, but it's not "right" yet.

Read-y_Picker Oh this one has been on my TBR for ages! beautiful cover! 4y
VeganCleopatra Ha, I put bookmarks in mugs too! 4y
OriginalCyn620 It looks good to me! But I know what you mean...I have to get things “right” too! 4y
Sace Those are some beautiful covers! 4y

Today‘s #bookhaul. The middle one on offer in Tesco and the other two from a charity shop (books for donations 😁). Never heard of Don Winslow until last week from @Melissa_J and I brought one on kindle. This one has never been read, no spine creases and still dazzling white pages 👍🏻

Melissa_J Yay! Which one did you get for Kindle? The Force is excellent. 5y
TrishB @Melissa_J Power of the Dog last week as it was 99p! Are any of them a series before I start them? 5y
MicheleinPhilly I bought my first Don Winslow last week too. 1st in a series, naturally. 5y

TrishB @MicheleinPhilly that‘s what I need to get sorted- whether the ones I‘ve got are in a series or not, because you know we can‘t read out of order! 5y
MicheleinPhilly Power of the Dog is first in a trilogy. I think The Force is standalone. Bookmark this site: www.stopyourekillingme.com. ☺️ 5y
MicheleinPhilly And they haven‘t updated his page. The Border is the last in the series. 5y
Melissa_J The Power of the Dog is the first one to start with. After it comes The Cartel and then The Border. The Force is standalone. 5y
TrishB @MicheleinPhilly @Melissa_J thanks both 😘 have bookmarked and I know I can read either now so that‘s good! 5y
squirrelbrain My husband is reading The Force at the moment! 5y
TrishB @squirrelbrain cool 👍🏻 I hope he‘s enjoying it. 5y
MicheleinPhilly The Border is 99p today. 5y
TrishB @MicheleinPhilly thank you my enabling friend😘 brought it. 5y
MicheleinPhilly Me too! Now for them to just discount that pesky middle child! 😉 5y

This book is Out of this World for me. It's what it says on the cover, stories that speak for freedom.

My tiny #bookhaul, including dough nut shaped sticky notes.

I wanted to get "I see you", although everyone of my friends kept telling me not to read it while in London, after yesterday's events I am not so sure I want to start reading it right away.
Got the illustrated copy of "Eric" at Skoob, exactly why I went in there. ???

Lizpixie Thank you for posting photos, I'm living vicariously through them coz I'll never get the chance to go to London.*sob* It looks wonderful.😍 7y
julesG @Lizpixie I will not believe this. Don't give up the hope, you might still visit the big city on the river. 😉 7y
