More I am giving thanks for today...delicious vegan food (and the knowledge/skill/ability to make it/learn to make new foods), my home which is tiny but beautiful and stuffed full of books & large dogs, street art (especially NYC's vibrant street art scene), public transit, Dole Whips, that most excellent accidentally vegan food, abandoned subway stations (thanks, NY Transit Museum!), books, Litsy & Littens, knowing how to make pizza, the ocean 🌊
