Meaw_catlady @cbee I know it sounds a little funny to write something down and burn it. But speaking the thing and setting the intention is a very healing way of letting go of something . You recognize that it is a negative thing in your life and you release it. You can write down a whole page of things you need to release and then watch it burn it‘s a good symbol and also a good way to put your feelings into words. Sending you blessings and peace! 🖤 5y
