Got these two new books today! I just can't stop buying new books, even though I read slow and have way more books than I've read. I really do wanna get around to these soon, so we'll see when that happens.

I've forgotten how much fun these books are.
I've read many Non-Fiction and Fiction about the greek gods, but the way this is told made me feel I really got to know these characters.
Made me want to re-read all Riordan's books again.

All of the book's story takes place in Greece. Since the book is practically just real life old Greece tales of their Gods, if the country were to change, I think it would be Egypt. SOme stories in Greece had connections with Egypt too actually. Maybe some Gods would be changed and altered, but the closest country I can think of that's similar to greece would be Egypt.

How did you choose this book: My brither gave it to me
Summary: The narrator percy jackson explains his version of the greek mythologies. Percy tells this story from a very interesting and funny point of view as he explains each myth in how he think or feels it should have happened.
All the popular Greek gods and goddesses get their stories told from Percy Jackson‘s snarky perspective. Lots of humor and sass and the book itself is gorgeous. Would make a great gift for young (or young at heart) mythology fans.
Half price day at the library sale! I haven‘t made it to one of these for a long time. @VanChocStrawberry we found a lot of good stuff!
I really need to clean of a shelf for these. #🔱 #emojimadness
I‘m so excited to learn more about Greek mythology, especially with Percy Jackson as the narrator! The illustrations in this book are stunning and absolutely beautiful!
For my first Litsy post I thought I'd share with you one of my favourite series ever! As a kid with dyslexia, Rick Riordan's work really helped me feel less self-conscious about my everyday struggles. So I guess it's only fitting that I honour Percy and Annabeth by turning them into bookmarks.
Also, Percy Jackson's Greek Gods is an awesome run-down on some of the best Greek myths.
They were so much fun to sketch up, I'm so happy 🙌

I gave this awesome cover art set to my younger sister who loves the Percy Jackson Greek myth series, and all Riordan's mythology series!
Finally had a chance to finish this! I love the Percy Jackson universe, and I've been obsessed with Greek mythology since I was little. So much fun to dive back into the familiar stories with a twist; only downside is that I didn't like how the narrator said some of the names, they didn't match with how I say them 🙈 I think I'll have to watch the movies now since I don't have the books with me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #readingforfunmmd #subjectyoulove
Went for an #audiowalk this beautiful blustery afternoon! Still hard to believe I live five minutes away from this 😍
Starting #24in48 off right with an audiobook 😉 timed this badly because I have to get ready for my trip on Monday, but may as well try 😊 @24in48 #readathon
How do I celebrate being done exams? Typing up my notes from all my literature courses while audio booking! 😱
I'm finally getting around to reading the companion books to one of my favorite series. So much fun, and a great way to decompress!
Entertaining and full of many great myths and bundles of humor, just like we expect from Rick Riordan.
This is how my hubby and I are spending our Friday night: curled up in our chairs, fire going, and a book in hand.
I love Percy's take on mythology. Trying to decide if I want to put this in my classroom while we start talking about heroes or keep safe at home. #teacher #classroomlibrary
"Down the hatch, Matey!" My oldest has been listening to this on audiobook for the past couple of days, and it is amazing. So fun and funny!!
"Wear your safety glasses and your raincoat. There will be blood."
This book is so giant and yet so worth reading. I cannot get over the sheer amount of snark in it. This book is amazing and tells the stories so well.
